Def Jam Fight for New York is a new stylish hop-inspired 3D fighting game developed by Electronic Arts. It has been released on September 21st, 2020 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, and Gamecube.
It's an upgrade to its predecessor, Def Jam Vendetta, that was released in 2020. In the Vendetta match, players command one of the many hip hop def fight stars that are vying for the title of"Def Jam King." In this match, the rappers are attempting to beat the rap mogul, Rico, who controls the most important studio.
The main character of this game is named Remy. He is one of the best dancers in town and a member of the"Ladies of L'Orleans," a bunch of ladies which are also very successful in their own faith. Remy can be a part of"The Package", a group of young men that have similar interests to the ones Remy enjoys. As a member of"The Package", Remy will battle rap artists which are all competing for the title of"Def Jam King".
The game consists of about 40 degrees, with each level consisting of two different rap celebrities, and a single obstacle course. Each degree will also have a boss fight the player must conquer.
If you like dancing games, you will love this match. It has a lot of different music that will make you want to dance when you're playing this game.
If you are a hip hop fan, you should definitely give this game a go. There is not a lot of learning curve to the game, which is fantastic. If you've played the last edition, you will know how to play it without having to read any documentation.
The sport has four phases to conquer. The first phase is a street battle between Remy and Rico. You'll need to use hip hop moves so as to defeat this particular fight. The next degree is an alley fight, where you'll have to hit rap artists to make them collapse.
The final level is a subway battle, and you will have to hit rap artists to create them fall on the paths below the street. There's also a boss battle at the end of the sport, but it is not that difficult. Difficult because you'll have the ability to Dodge the bullets which will come out of your opponent's gun.
The graphics in the game are a bit on the boring side, but it can't be helped. The graphics and music are done well. They do not seem as great as they used to when the game was made for your Xbox. The music is very nice and sounds like it's in real life.
